Introduction
DESCRIPTION
The project involves the preparation and evaluation of diagnoses with the aim of providing access to the internationalisation programmes and initiatives already established for Basque companies in general.
Also, through the aid platform for these companies, it will suggest recommendations for improvements in the inclusion of Basque ICC companies in public policies to support the external promotion of the Basque Autonomous Community.
OBJECTIVE
The objective is to carry out up to 70 diagnoses of potential for internationalisation and initiate up to 30 internationalisation plans before the end of the current year, so that the selected projects can be submitted to the ICC internationalisation support programmes already established in the BAC, both at the autonomous community level (Basque Trade and Investment) and at the territorial level (Provincial Councils).
METHODOLOGY
Using a methodology designed for the purpose in the processes of diagnosis, selection, training, and preparation of plans, the programme will produce an export plan with the selected companies.
Who is the programme for?
Associations and foundations from the cultural and creative sector in the Basque Country
- An internationalisation diagnosis, through which to establish the potential of your association or foundation to tackle international markets (up to 20 selected associations and foundations).
- A plan for training in aspects related to the internationalisation of Cultural and Creative Industries.
Companies from the cultural and creative sector in the Basque Country
- An internationalisation diagnosis, through which to establish the potential of your company to tackle international markets (up to 50 selected associations and foundations).
- An internationalisation plan, to design a roadmap that will enable you to take full advantage of business opportunities abroad, as well as public aid available for you to use in your internationalisation journey (up to 30 selected companies).
- A plan for training in aspects related to the internationalisation of Cultural and Creative Industries.
Requirements
Associations and foundations from the cultural and creative sector in the Basque Country
- You must belong to the Cultural and Creative Industries sector.
- You must be tax resident in the Basque Country.
Companies from the cultural and creative sector in the Basque Country
- The company must be made up of two or more people. Projects developed jointly through combinations of individual companies and collaboration consortiums will also be considered (but clusters and business associations are excluded).
- You must belong to the Cultural and Creative Industries sector.
- The company must be a private company, or with a maximum of 50% public shareholding.
- You must be tax resident in the Basque Country.
